February - Every year at the Columbus Ohio Charter we use our Anniversary Party to support the Heart Food Pantry. The Heart Food Pantry is a relatively small local organization that provides aide to our local community. This year we experimented with a 'door charge' of non-perishable food items (or cash of equal value for out of town Brothers) ...it was a huge success! The money gathered went (100%) to a shopping trip for more food and thanks to a very skilled Maiden (shout out to Shake-N-Bake) we tuned approximately $385 into just under $800 worth of food. Now you can't see it in the pic but behind the ugly bikers is 997lbs of food. I think this our largest donation to date. Huge thanks goes out to all who were in attendance, 8 States were represented and donated!
